Can I track my delivery?

Obvious! Depending on which delivery method you have chosen, an email will be sent with the track ID. You can easily track your package with, for example, the postnord app or via tracking packages at postnord.se. You can also track your delivery using our chat function

Can I change the delivery address?

It is fine to change the delivery address on your shipment. Contact us via the form below and our customer service will help you with the matter so that your package arrives at the address you wish.

Something is wrong with my product
